LOVE

My heart is filled with gratitude for all the many relationships in my life. I have just spent a wonderful weekend with my three children who I hold most dear in my life. I love them with a love that they cannot understand, and through this relationship I have learned more about my Heavenly Fathers love for me. I have come to realize, that perhaps I don't yet even comprehend his love, and yet in small measure I behold little glimpses into the abundant nature of this gift.

I have come to realize that the great source of power in this universe is not in faith or belief alone... no, this source of power is LOVE. Love is the reason for this beautiful earth, Love is the reason for these glorious bodies. Love is the reason for the fall and atonement. In all the glorious creations of God I find at the heart is his LOVE. It was his love for us that initiated this beautiful scene before us. It was love that stood forth to say "Here am I, send me." It was love that said: "Father forgive them, for they know not what they do." All the good that was ever done and will be done in this earth will come forth by the power of love.

Is it any wonder that Paul said: "...though I have all faith, so that I could remove mountains, and have not charity, I am nothing." 1 Corinthians 13:2

"And above all things have fervent charity among yourselves: for charity shall cover the multitude of sins." 1 Peter 4:8

To live the abundant life is to Love. When we love we bless any thing, person, or place that crosses our path or enters our sphere of influence. To be abundantly rich is to possess love unfailing... And so I give gratitude to my Beloved Father in Heaven who has bestowed his love upon me in great measure, and I shall seek to make room for more of it by giving the love within me to all I shall meet. To my family, friend, and neighbor I give you my love, without measure or price.... I LOVE YOU one and all!
